Jagannath has 8 years of experience leading teams, designing and developing software for the best names in the software industry. He has a master's in computer science from Stanford University and has worked with companies like Tata – the largest software company in India, Bell Labs, Lucent Technologies, and Stanford University. He has designed and implemented a wide range of complex software systems ranging from large scale database applications to network security products and web based applications. Jagannath still likes to be involved in the design of application software at Vial Systems and also takes active part in the code review process. He is the primary point of contact for clients in the USA and leads teams to translate the clients requirements into cleanly implemented applications. Jagannath recently helped design an innovative software solution that won the Social Entrepreneur's Challenge – a widely regarded entrepreneurial contest for affiliates of Stanford University that is judged by eminent business personalities and venture capitalists in the Bay Area.

V. Baskaran
Director in Charge

Mr. V. Baskaran has over 27 years of experience leading large, world renowned companies. Before heading Vial Systems, he was Vice President of Finance at The Indian Express, India's leading newspaper and a well respected company. He has been VP and CFO at many other large and well known companies in India. He also has extensive experience leading software projects to completion for various clients and most recently in his role as Director at Vial Systems. Mr. Baskaran manages the development teams in India and builds strategic alliances to position Vial Systems as a rapidly growing and trusted software development partner for companies worldwide.

N. Jaideep
Senior Database Consultant

Jaideep has 8 years of experience designing and developing large database applications. Jaideep has a bachelors in Civil Engineering from VJTI, one of the foremost engineering schools in India. He started his career in Frischmann Prabhu, a reputed civil engineering firm based in Bombay, India. He made the switch to software engineering at India's best loved software development company – Infosys. Jaideep has lead teams and executed many database application development projects for clients like: Aspect Communications (USA), American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, McDonald's, Polycom Inc, Symantec Corporation, Quintessent Communications (USA), Commtech Inc (USA), and Sainsbury Sales Reporting (UK). Jaideep brings his technical and functional expertise in various areas of application development and Enterprise Resource Planning to the database design and optimization of projects executed by Vial Systems.

F. Leonard
Engineering Manager

Leonard has 9 years of experience designing and developing web and database applications for large clients and a strong track record of leading and managing teams. Leonard has an undergraduate degree in Engineering from India, and an MBA from the Fisher school of management, Ohio State University. In addition to his technical expertise, Leo also has entrepreneurial experience founding his own online company Dog Ears Etc. Leo plays a hands on role in project coordination for Vial Systems and actively reviews requirements and design and coordinates high quality delivery with clients at Vial Systems.
